SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs to Greece

- payment by deposit or card is € 2.00

- payment by cash on delivery is €3.00

For orders that exceed the total amount of €69.00, shipping is free.

For shipments (within Greece), LOYAK cooperates with the courier company Geniki Thachydromiki.

All orders are dispatched by our company on the next working day (Monday to Friday) from the day you placed your order.

Orders within Attica as well as in large urban centers are sent with the courier company Geniki Thachydromiki and are delivered in 1-2 working days.

Orders in the rest of Greece are sent with the courier company General Post and delivered in 2-3 working days.

The delivery time is not specific and takes place between 10:00 and 17:00. There is a possibility (in very remote - hard-to-reach areas) that the order will be delivered after 4 working days.

LOYAK is not responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control.

CHANGE POLICY

You can make a change within 10 days, having MUST contact us first.

The transport costs  for the change they cost €3.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You can make a change within 10 days, having MUST contact us first.

You return the product to us.

The costs for the return are 5€ which we deduct from the amount of the value of the garment that you credit to your account as you charge ours.

Otherwise if you pay the shipping you credit the full amount.

As soon as the product arrives, you check and then we credit you with the amount in trap. Account.

You send us an iban from a national, Piraeus or alpha bank.

The return is made within 10 working days.

You send it only by general Post at our expense.

If you want another company, you must pay the transport costs yourself.

(The company will not accept the parcel with a shipping fee).
